The ministry says it respects the farmers' protest and demands, but that the criteria and all other procedures under this programme are based on the laws and administrative guidelines in force.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development respects the right to protest each farmer and their representatives, and it also carefully accepts and handles the demands they address the ministry's support programmes. Given that the demands of farmers and their representatives are addressed each year during the programme drafting procedures, The MBPHR is doing the review and then even its incorporation in its programmes and policies, conforming to laws and administrative guidelines in force.
MBPHR has included representatives of farmers in the grain subsector and other subsectors in 2021 in drafting the Directation Programme.
During this year, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development in agricultural programmes and policies has addressed the remarks and shortcomings found in the report of the National Audition Office, and the circumstances created by developments in the Agency for Agriculture Development have also been taken into account in recent years.
It should be noted that the MBPEZR, the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Direct Paying Guide for 2021, which in advance has passed all institutional and public consulting processes. So the criteria and all other procedures under this programme are based on the laws and administrative guidelines in power” is said in the ministry of agriculture response.
