Why did Kurt need to make this mess north? It was possible to send Besnik Bissim to Brussels to make arrangements even without sending Special Units there for political spectacles. He sent them and left them without bread. It disturbed their families and all citizens. Even at the end he sent his deputy back to make deals with Serbia, which he could send without causing this political tangle. Did we become the object on the table today or the subject in the chair? Are you discussing with Serbia about Vojvodina?
