The victim allegedly shot two people who fled the scene and were wanted by the police.
Regional Police Directorate spokesman in Gjilan, Ismet Hashani, has said that when the murder took place there were many people nearby and that police have received much evidence so far.
At 10:20 a.m., the victim's body was sent to the Legal Medicine Institute.
