The first suspicions are committed to suicide, a source of Express within the police has said.
In the case, however, there has also been declared the spokesperson for the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pec, Shkodran Nikci.
The guardian of the Department of New Crimes Division has appeared on the scene along with the Kosovo Police. The lifeless body of the victim at the order of the prosecutor has been sent to exhibit”, Nikci told Express.
