Police say there will be traffic jams and deviations Tuesday, namely, in segements; Rinas-Unaza e Re, Sauk, Elbasan Road to the Palace of Brigades.
The legislationary structures call on drivers to avoid moving to the above segments in order to avoid overloading in traffic from 0900-1300:00 on September 14th.
Citizens are required to use alternative ways to go to respective destinations.
Chancellor Merkel's agenda in Tirana
The prime minister's press office has cleared the agenda of Merkel's visit, which starts at 10:20, with the welcoming ceremony at the Palace of Brigades.
A face-to-face meeting will take place between Prime Minister Edi Rama and Chancellor Angela Merkel at the Palace of Brigades, which will continue with the meeting between the two delegations.
At 11: 55, the Chancellor and leaders of Balkan governments go to Tirana Business Park. The same environment around 14.35 will hold a press conference between Prime Minister Rama and Chancellor Merkel.
