Meanwhile, the second request of the warrant is against two (2) persons, for criminal acts “The takeover or organisation of the criminal group organised by Article 283 paragraph 1 of KPRK, regarding criminal work “Keq use of official position or authority from Article 422 paragraph 1 of KPRC.
