He has ironic with the point of the deal, which speaks of withdrawing Kosovo Special Unit troops from the northern part of Kosovo.
“Careful, don't be delayed after 4: 00 p.m. by any Special Forces member during the withdrawal from Kosovo to Kosovo,” writes Mr. Smajlaj, follow Periscope.
Furthermore, he ironized with the whole situation being cleared up in the North for electoral effects, asking: “Could not through dialogue continue the license agreement before it expired, and not come to this state?”
And so, Mr. Smajlaj has irony with the team of dialogue experts including Veton Surroi, Blerim Shala, Bernard Nikaj, etc.
