The lawyer licensed by Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague, Skender Musa, has said the indictment against Salih Mustaf has been generalised and not individualised in certain persons.
According to him, in this case the indictment did not have a direct link of former KLA commander Salih Mustaf, to any designated person.
The “in this case did not have a direct connection of Salih Mustaf to any person specifically designated by LDK as mentioned or by regime collaborators”.
“There has been a centre of ban or maintenance for persons who have abused, stole, or done propaganda that is known in war as hostile propaganda, and this is well regulated by the laws of war and the conventions of war”, has been blown up by Musa in Info Magazine in Klan Kosova.
In addition, he says that in criminal cases that were set up by Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague, the prosecutor has failed to argue with material evidence of who has been abused and in the most serious case who individually killed by the accused persons.
Any evidence presented must directly or indirectly connect to the individual. In the concrete case, the special prosecutor has failed to link Mustafa to the evidence he presented and to the specific names of individuals who may have been victims”, Musa has been expressed, Klankosova.tv reports.
