By this decision, the court has also ordered the Specialised Prosecutor's Office and the defender of the victims who, if they wish, can present their statements for future detention reviews by Monday, on November 8, 2021.
For the protection of Mustafa the deadline for their presentation for the upcoming detention revision is scheduled until November 15th, 2021.
Also in the case of Mustafa, today the hearing of the second protected witness who began to give his testimony on September 23, 2021.
