Special Attorney: Haradinaj and Gucati's actions deviate our resources

The attorney of the Specialised Office has presented to the court parts of the indictment for Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucatit before the court.

In the judge's question, he said it is a list of descriptions of the behaviour of the accused for whom the indictment arises, Kosovo reports.

The ZPS claims that what the accused did was distribute confidential information, have stated that their intention to distribute this information is to prevent the procedure and have prompted the public they had in possession or have had access to information to distribute further and publish this information, then in the content of the package, part of them has been distributed ♫ so in terms of specific obstruction we have filed the claim in three parts: witnesses are afraid of what the accused have done, the ZPS's ability to prosecute these crimes were prosecuted and the ZPS were ignored.
