This banner is not that it has prompted any reactions, although KFOR and EULEX forces have been seen monitoring the situation, Zeri reports.
The American, Canadian and Polish force of KFOR have arrived yesterday in the northern part of Kosovo, on the border crossing with Serbia, in Jarinje.
From KFOR they said the number and length of patrols that are being done throughout Kosovo, including the north, have increased.
The whole situation in the north has been created after the Kosovo government on September 20th imposed reciprocity on Serbia's vehicle plates, which prompted protests on the part of Serbian citizens.
Under this decision, all who enter from Serbia to Kosovo must be equipped with temporary license plates “RKS”
