The situation at Jarinje tonight is calm, and today the number of protesters is smaller until the road continues to be blocked.
Protesters are already gathering about two miles [2 km] from this site, across the bridge, which has been blocked by themselves through gravel trucks.
The routine is the same. Music, barbecue, and drink are as evidenced by bottle remains.
Time and again, there are speeches associated with alarm. However, these calls did not turn into incidents. There are even suspicious moves in Zubin Potok where the Automotive Recording Center was burned the night before.
As soon as dawn and Sunday, on the streets of this northern municipality, vehicles are launched with a group of police officers that will hold the day shift. Surrender and acceptance of the task occurs in front of protesters who show no reaction. Even law officials do their job properly.
The number of contestants of reciprocity, which was small at night, begins to rise toward noon when other citizens, including women, join the crowd.
We remember, that on Monday, the Kosovo government has taken the decision that drivers from Serbia, once they enter Kosovo, change or cover their plates and take Kosovo's temporary census.
With that decision, the Government of Kosovo has said it has decided on the reciprocity measure for Serbia's license plates, as a similar thing Serbia has applied for cars from Kosovo for more than ten years.
Jarinje and Brnjak, the two border crossings in northern Kosovo, where the population is the Serb majority, have been blocked by local residents who reject the decision for reciprocity.
There are special units of the Kosovo Police.
