These Serbian actions come as a sign of discontent as Kosovo today began implementing temporary vehicle license plates.
According to the Kosovo Government's decision, cars entering Serbia should be equipped with temporary license plates at Kosovo border crossings.
These temporary plates are being placed on the cars in front and back.
The Kosovo government has said all drivers with license plates issued by Serbia must pay 5 euros for temporary license plates, and their validity is 60 days.
