Stefanovic said Serbia is not raising tensions, said they are ready for dialogue, but cited a condition.
I refuse calls for de-passing the situation towards both sides, because we're not provoking, we haven't arrested anyone, we haven't entered the north, we're not threatening with weapons, nor have we made any moves that raise tensions.
