The director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia, Petar Petkov, is in Brussels, where he is still discussing with the EU's emissar for Kosovo dialogue Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak.
Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has said a draft agreement has been reached and is only expected approval by the Serbian side. He has shown the three provisions of the agreement, while saying the Serbian side is not compatible only with the KM car issue, which he thinks should not apply stickers.
Even EU spokesman Peter Stano has said the talks are continuing.
