The announcement states that the next session to them will be held on Tuesday, September 14th at 14:30.
Actaza Against Former Chiefs U n The CK took place on October 26, 2020.
Otherwise, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi are charged with committing crimes against humanity during the Kosovo war.
On these charges they are being held in custody.
They are charged that between March 1998 and September 1999, they had committed war crimes and crimes against humanity, arresting and detaining civilians illegally, treating them cruelly, torture and disappearance.
