In a Facebook post, Selmanaj has said that anyone making such statements is acting against Kosovo and has fallen on foot and hands into the trap of Serbia's shovenist agenda.

They should all know that the Kosovo Liberation Army war is the most subtle value of the Albanian people and, as such, will be preserved and protected by anyone who tries to harm it, be it both the prime minister or deputy prime minister of Kosovo.
