Salih Mustafa trial at The Hague continues tomorrow

Today's hearing attended by the first witness has followed and closed over several cases during today, and in some parts there have been editing during the broadcast. Meanwhile, to understand clearly the witness's words has been quite difficult because his voice has been greatly modified.
At this hearing, the prosecutor mentioned a statement of the witness he said he gave him. UNMIK in 2006. The questions that followed followed were the closed session, since the prosecutor said he would ask questions that might reveal the identity of some protected people.
And after returning to the open hearing the witness continued his testimony.
We've only been given a piece of cold bread, shit, I couldn't get to know them. We haven't eaten anything in 48 hours, we've been without bread, there's been no normal fighting for them, there's no way I'm going to know”, the witness said.
He added that there were two people who accompanied them outside the building to care for the needs he said he didn't know who they were.
I haven't had a chance for days who they are, we've been saved by the door, we haven't even looked, they've come, they've got us, they've taken us there, they've sent us back, we don't have a day who's”, the witness said.
The Witness said that his family was aware of his whereabouts.
The “E saw when I was taken that day, the first day those two persons took me, said the witness.
The prosecutor has asked the witness how he has left that country and how the ban in Zlata is ended.
We've been told where you're going. We have come out of Zlatshi in the direction of Pristina, then there have been many refugees, many people, we have reached that column and we have gone to Pristina”, the witness said.
According to him, all in the ban were called upon to leave the building.
This is the first judgment to have started in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague, and Salih Mustafa is the first arrested by the Special.
The Act on Mustafa was confirmed on June 12, 2020, as he was arrested on September 24th last year, with the claim of war crimes, and sent to the detention facility in The Hague.
In his statement before the court, Salih Mustafa has been declared innocent.
