During yesterday's day before the court has given his testimony to the first witness who claims to have been mistreated in Zlata during Salih Mustafa's recent war.

Salih Mustafa, known in war as “Commander Cali” is the first arrested by the Special and this is the first trial in Specialised Chambers.

The Act against Mustafa was confirmed on June 12, 2020, as he was arrested on September 24th last year, with the claim of war crimes and humanity, and sent to the detention facility in The Hague.

In his statement before the court, Salih Mustafa has been declared innocent.
