Salih Mustafa appears before court today

At the first trial session on September 15th, it became known that the court will hear testimony from two witnesses of the Prosecutor's Office specialised from September 20th to Tuesday, September 28, 2021.
The act against Mustafa was confirmed on June 12, 2020, and the latest version was made public on September 28, 2020. The Act charges Mustafe with individual criminal responsibility and criminal responsibility as a superior for the “crimes committed by several KLA members against detained persons in the Zlach detention complex”.
Mustafa was arrested and transferred to the detention unit of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers on 24 September 2020.
The session of Mustafa's first appearance was held on September 28, 2020, in front of pre-procedure judges Nicolas Guillou. In his further presentation, on October 28, 2020, Mustafa was acquitted of all points of the indictment.
The preparation conferences for the trial in the case were held on June 9th and 10th, 2021.
