Vitia said the measures are expected to be adopted Friday at the government meeting.

“IK The KPS states that the epidemiological situation with COVID-19 currently marks a decline in new positive cases and the number of deaths but is still unstable, given that the Delta version is dominant in Kosovo. I The KSHPK, in spite of the situation, recommends alertness and continuation of certain measures in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19”, the minister said.

However, Vitita said that given that a large number of citizens have been vaccinated, then some of the measures will be in this direction:

) State institutions and private institutions are forced to present the certificate of vaccine before the entrance to which they operate, including: Trade centers; Call center? Gastronomia in internal environments; And all employees in public and private institutions who have business with parties.

) Schools and nests will be opened from Monday, September 27th (school rate will be 20th)

) Sports activities may have an audience presence of up to 10 percent of internal capacities, with the certificate of vaccine, or one of three alternative evidence; that is, PCR test, serological or rapid antigen test. In the outside environments, however, up to 30 percent of capacity.

Even National Institute of Public Health Director Naser Ramadani at a conference with Minister Vitita has said there is a decline in the number of new cases for 75% in the past two weeks.

“We have a drop in cases for 75%, however, we need to keep in mind that the situation is still unstable, as the trend of death cases is still distressing”, he said, records the Telegrafi.

Ramadani has said the death trend has dropped to 38.64% for this period of time.

“Deaths are still disturbing and we must be careful with the early hospitalization of patients to lower this” trend.

The director of the National Institute of Public Health in Kosovo says 4,500 random tests with students and educators have been conducted in schools for a month.
