Interior Minister Jhelal Svechla through a Facebook text has announced today that one of the injured on the bus that was hit in Croatia's Slavonski Brod hospital has been released.
“A good news from Croatia, Blerim Krasniqi, a passenger on the bus who was hit at Croatia's Slavonski Brod, after a long period in the intensive department, has been released from the hospital today. His condition is stable and thanks to the commitment of doctors and all Croatian authorities, as well as our officials from our Embassy in Croatia, he has today set off for further treatment in Germany until full improvement of his health”, Svecla said.

He has since announced that he has sent letter of thanks to his counterpart in Croatia for his major engagement after the accident.

“I have sent thank you letters to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Croatia, Police Director, Local Police Director and Slavonski Brod Mayor for the great commitment to the accident that claimed the lives of our 10 citizens. I've received immediate answers to the worry about the event, but also the obligation they've felt to care for all affected citizens. We have both expressed readiness for co-operation, in the hope that we will meet in other circumstances to concreteise our jobs and successfully finalise them”, he says.
