Rama's programme of Progress claims that there are 7 primary and lower-level school objects missing, which he and his team plan to build in Sophalia neighbourhoods, Kodra, Kodra, Persevera Perro, Calabria, Trima Hill, and New Pristina district. At the same time, Mr. Rama also plans construction of the low- and medium-sized professional school of music and ballet “Prenk Jamesa”, as well as Gjimnazin “Ahmet Gashi”

Another important point of Mr. Rama for education is establishing a mechanism for strengthening education interconnection in Pristina with labour market needs. As outlined in the programme, this mechanism consisting of businesses, education leaders, school principals, parents, and the mayor of the municipality will subsidise training for profiles that are lacking in the labour market.

Other points in Rama's programme of progress are co-operation with the Ministry of Education to implement reform in primary and middle education; the regulation of the Sanitary joints in all educational institutions at the municipality level; the increased security in schools; the re-organization of the school network; the “so that we don't have schools with large and small student spaces, and also have schools with very small size and large numbers of learning; the construction of pre-level objects in all neighborhoods where the school support is lacking; the professional school support, which the students have for production, etc.

So far, Mr. Rama is the only candidate who has made public his programme, which is volume, detailed, and inclusive. Full application
