I view the constructions without permission as a huge problem that needs to be solved well and quickly. Moreover Rama claims that once they take Pristina into their hands there will be no more construction without permission.
The moment we take over Pristina then we won't allow these things to happen again and we won't allow constructions to happen that are unacceptable and there will be controls and there won't even be a sale until they meet all legal size”.
