The head of the Albanian National Council in Serbia, Ragmi Mustaf, has announced that another indictment has been filed by Serbia due to the deployment of the Albanian national flag at Council headquarters.
Mustaf has written on Facebook that this indictment came after the Kosovo government's decision to establish reciprocity with Serbia on the license issue.
This indictment arises after Kosovo has taken reciprocity measures on the license plate. As much as you will believe in the impartiality and independence of the judicial and prosecutorial system, however, it seems strange, as does the preliminary indictments of how the political circumstances and my positions in the quality of the Albanian National Council's president in Serbia”, Mustaf has written.
He also wrote that this right “could not deprive us of any regime”.
The use of national symbols from Albanians in Serbia is their human, national and existential right. As the Albanians in Serbia use their national symbols to other minorities in the region, they also have to use their national symbols. That right could not rob us of any regime. Neither did the Milosevic regime, nor will this Vuciq” be defeated, Mustafi wrote.

POLITIC VIEW RAHA PADIA KUNDAY FLAMUTER SCIPTAR NATIONS
Today, I accepted the next invitation from the Murder Court to set up the Albanian national flag at the headquarters of the Albanian National Council on November 28, 2020.
As well as the past two times, I am charged double for “carrying out the act for counter-injury, raising the national flag”.
This indictment arises after Kosovo has taken reciprocity measures on the license plates. As much as you will believe in the impartiality and independence of the judicial and prosecutorial system, however, it seems strange, as does the preliminary indictments of how in terms of political circumstances and my positions in the quality of the Albanian National Council chairman in Serbia.
Clearly, pressure is increasing every day, not only political and legal persecution of power in Belgrade against Albanians in Serbia and the Presevo Valley. And the replayed charge of “carrying out the act for counter-injury, raising the national flag” cannot be understood differently than political persecution.
You may even condemn me constantly, but as leader of the Albanian National Council I will not politically back off from the fair and legal battle for allowing the use of the national flag.
The use of national symbols by Albanians in Serbia is their human, national and existential right. As the Albanians in Serbia use their national symbols to other minorities in the region, they also have to use their national symbols. That right could not rob us of any regime. Neither did the Milosevic regime, nor will this Vucinate.
Once again, the right to use national symbols for minorities is not only fair guaranteed with all international conventions but also with the spirit and letters of Serbia's Constitution.
So, instead of suppressing Albanians on behalf of the rule of law, Serbia will respect its Constitution and begin its democratisation by cutting off from discriminatory policies against minorities. To break free from oppressive policies by changing the Law for the use and public appearance of national symbols to comply with its Constitution and democratic standards.
Serbia cannot select the flag of its Albanian citizens. Albanians themselves select it!
That's why the law will change, flag no!
I hope Pristina and official Tirana are more dynamic in senbilising international diplomatic circles against pressure and discrimination by Albanians in Serbia.
