Racy: I have a problem with Bisimi why you publish unfinished agreements

Gazmir Raci at Debat Plus tonight has criticised Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Biskimi for today's developments, where he came out and said there is agreement with Serbia about the plates, Periscopi broadcasts.

I have a problem with our negotiating chief. Why do you publish draft documents of an agreement that isn't final? That undermines and jeopardises the process, he said.

It's not good to draw points of the deal, this is the wrong strategy, Raci added. PERISCOP/
