Prosecutor's claims: As the victims shot at each other, the suspect killed Blair Kadriyan.

Suspect Avni Ademiaj allegedly deprived the late Blerand Kadijaj of life now.

Under the request for setting up the prebug move, provided by the “Justice Trust”, suspect Avni Ademiaj is reportedly suspected of killing late Blerand Kadrijaj now.

The proposal for the detention measure has been made by the prosecutor of the case, Valbona Disha-Hajoya.

That move has been argued because the criminal acts allegedly suspected enter the group of serious criminal acts and the same could be pronounced a high sentence.

The other reason is that there is real danger of his escape, which would hinder normal development of investigations.

Based on initial investigations, it is said the incident had occurred after a plea between the late suspect Astrit Ademiaj's brother with the other victim, Blerand Kadrija.

According to the investigation, both victims had fired guns at each other, while suspect Avni allegedly shot several times in the direction of Blerand Kadrijaj.

“At that defendant without hesitation had taken out of his belt the TT-type gun, allegedly fired several times towards victim Blerand Kadrijaj, where from these shots allegedly deprived him of life, the late Blerand Kadrij”, is said to be applying for the detention measure.

Otherwise, hearings against detainees A.A., suspected of double murder in Pec, are expected to be held today at 2: 00 p.m., at the Criminal Court.

A.A. is suspected of the evening of September 8, where two people were killed and he was injured.

The two people left dead are the candidate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) for head of the Peja municipality, Astrit Ademiaj and former candidate for mayor of the Decani municipality in 2017 from PDK's ranks, Blerand Kadrijaj.
