Prosecutor gives details about the case in which one person physically attacked three girls in Pristina

The Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor-General has announced that after actions taken by Kosovo State Prosecutor and Police, the person with the Pristina initials L.V. has been arrested and detained in 48 hours after the same allegedly committed criminal acts “the light bodily launch of”, by Article 185 of KPRK and “Sexual extraction”, from Article 183 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

The “Rasti occurred on September 1, 2021, on the Street. “Ahmet Krasniqi”, in Pristina, at around 7:00 p.m., where the upper suspect attacked by fists and a strong vehicle three girls”, the prosecution reports.

The prosecution has announced that it has initiated investigations even to a person involved in this case, in the direction of criminal acts “The provision of the assistant officers following the conduct of criminal acts”, by Article 380 of KPRK, to be handled in regular procedure.

“The state prosecutor in full co-ordination with the Kosovo Police are taking all necessary investigative actions concerning the case, with the aim of fully clarifying the” circumstances, the prosecution's announcement concludes.
