“Serbia's strategy is to increase tensions every day in order to provoke Kosovo institutions. Vuciki criminal groups and illegal structures have burned the centre's offices for vehicle registration. Belgrade bears full responsibility for any crossing of the” situation, Vela wrote.
Today it is the sixth day that Serb protesters have reached the border crossing at Jarinje and Brnjak after reciprocity was imposed for plates against all vehicles coming from Serbia to Kosovo.
