With the Kosovo government's decision not to allow the entry into Kosovo of all Serbia's license plates, citizens of the Valley have also been affected.
Part of them have said reciprocity for license plates is necessary, but others have disagreed with that decision.
An elderly man from Presevo has said the government “has been around this decision”.
According to him, the government should take relief measures to the residents of the Valley rather than to make life difficult for them.
“O got us in the neck. You dine with Serbia, not with us Albanians in the Valley. We need to let us go, not with the elders like this. I think I walked across the border. Someone who doesn't pick us up. We don't have what we do.
