(16 hours ago)The Central Election Commission said 102 of the 223 ballot boxes have been counted by mail.
At the Centre for Counting and Results, the CEC said it is continuing the process of counting mail revenues.
“So far (Monday, June 15, 2026, 16:00) has been counted 102 of the 223 voting boxes (35.87%), in which the ballot envelopes were placed after their approval by the CEC voter service. According to the procedures, envelopes allegedly containing balloting have been arranged in 223 ballot boxes according to municipalities where registered voters” come from, the CEC reported.
The vote through mail was possible from 21 May to 6 June 2026, while the number of Kosovo citizens registered to vote through mail was about 105 thousand.
A day ago, The CEC has absorbed the assessment process of 85,790 alleged collection packages, of which 82,809 have been approved, meanwhile, have been dropped 2,981. These packages have been withdrawn from CEC mailboxes to 22 different states, as well as from the CEC mailbox in Kosovo”, the CEC reported./ Periscope.
