A citizen from Prizren (known name for editing) has been sentenced today by Kosovo police because of Serbia's license plates, which he says keeps them after often travelling on business issues.

The same points out for Kosovo that it has let police know that it had not been aware of the reciprocity measure on the license plates, but that it was not taken into account by them.

The 60-euro sentence, pronounced today due to Serbia's license plates, is a burden for him, since he says that if there were after a preliminary announcement he would travel to Istanbul on Sunday, where he says he is on his way.

“polic gave me a 60-euro sentence, but he also ordered me not to place them again because he said they don't know what is being done with such cases. He said: Don't put it back. I don't know what's going to happen. They can have all of them confiscated.

With a decision by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Kosovo police are not allowing any cars with Serbia's license plates to enter the country.

While today morning at all border points has been sent to numerous police forces. Police patrols have also been seen on the streets of Kosovo, which were searching cars for plates they carry.

We remember that Serbia has been forcing Kosovo citizens to make the switching of car plates with temporary ones so that they can be allowed entry.
