Police investigators from the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption (DHKEK)- The Corruption Investigation Sector, in co-ordination and interaction with the Prosecution-Pristina prosecutor, following preliminary investigations today, at 04.09.2021, has conducted a police operation at a laboratory in Podujevo.
Prudimentary investigations and today's police operation were followed by suspicions that forged tests were issued in this laboratory for Individual 19.
Police investigators, during the implementation of this police operation, have managed to capture in the background by launching forged tests to the owner of the laboratory, suspect B.S., 1952, Kosovo male and lab worker J. St., 1988 birth year, Kosovar female.
Police officials (investigators and forenzica) are also at this point continuing in the laboratory together with the Health Inspectorate, where various evidence has been seized which will serve as evidence in further criminal procedure, other administrative measures will be taken under their competencies.
To two suspected B.S. And J.S., by PTH-Pristina's attorney, a 48-hour ban has been issued concerning allegations that the same were committed in co-ordination of documents.
