The Hotelry and Tourism Oda is demanding that the police clock be removed, or even the government-set move is completely unnecessary and without any effect.
The chairman of this Ode, Hysen Sogojevo, in a pronomation for Online Economy says the police clock as a move is not effective.
He indicated that they are planning collective lawsuits on losses they have suffered and debts against them.
Looking at the state force's economic capacities, the total closure had not confirmed us, because when we close down, tools should be provided. Total closure is unacceptable, so the only option is vaccination”.
Our demands are more complete, and especially for our losses, perhaps through Oda we will have collective lawsuits for these losses to be paid to”
He goes on to point out that no decisions should be made on their own but agree on together so that the respect of the measures will be right.
Sogoyev even adds that they should be allowed to use spaces in locals, as businesses are being damaged and many of them are close to closing.
The fact that we have a warning that will extend these measures is agreed to meet before the 13th of September and make the decisions of all of us, not such decisions that are taken automatically”
And we're not even the ones that don't respect the measures, but we want the clientele not to work with those capacity and only in outer space, but to work within the framework of the previous manual and as agreed. There's a lot of businesses closing down because there's a lot of losses. Also, the curfew has to be removed because we're not seeing a kind of effect”, Sogojevo concluded.
During Wednesday, Health Minister Arben Vitita said there would be no release of the measures even after 13 September.
