(5 years ago)The Founding Prosecutor in Pec and the Basic Prosecutor in Gjakova, in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, the Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime in Pristina and the Police Station in Pec, after implementing several months of investigation, yesterday and today six (6) persons have been arrested under suspicion that they committed criminal acts of “Fide” by Article 331, [...]
Five (5) persons have been detained for 48 hours at the order of the state prosecutor in the territorial competence of the Pja Constitutional Prosecutor, while a (1) suspected person has been detained for 48 hours at the order of the state prosecutor in the territorial competence of the Gjakova Constitutional Prosecutor.
During the investigative phase, several locations have been checked in Pec, Decan and Gjakova, of which four (4) cars, phones, documents, weapons, money and other evidence have been seized, and several bank accounts of suspects have been blocked because of high-profile criminal acts.
This case has come as a result of co-operation with citizens who have reported suspected people dealing with the file.
