Petkov after meeting with Bisimi: Without the establishment of association, there will be progress in negotiations

Serbian delegation chief Petar Petkovic after the meeting he had with Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, mediated by EU Emisari Miroslav Lajcak, has said that without establishing the Association of Serb majority municipalities, there will be progress in negotiations.

Petkovic before reporters in Brussels also said another round of talks would take place in the second part of October between him and Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi.

Meanwhile, EU Emisari Miroslav Lajcak after the three-party meeting today said the sides' positions remain apart on some important issues.
