A 49-year-old man died after taking the second dose of the Moderna vaccine that was allegedly contaminated, while authorities say the causes remain unclear, writes The Guardian.
He took the second dose on 11 August of the vaccine and died the next day.
The only health concern he had was an allergic reaction to hiker, the health ministry said on Monday. As in two cases of previous death, the minister said he still cannot determine what is the main cause of death related to the vaccine, Periscopi broadcasts.
The vaccine came from a group of vaccines allegedly contaminated.
At the beginning of last month, two men in their 30 ' s saw other social diseases died within a few days of taking the second dose of the Moderna vaccine.
