Part of the parties have indicated that the mode of campaigning remains to be seen, as they have decided not to respond to Periscope, in questions concerning campaign development.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo is the only one who has responded, saying this time this party will switch to digital campaign.
spokesman PDK's Faton Abdullahu said that despite their concentration in digital campaign, this party will claim to respect IKKKPK recommendations.
“We have thoroughly analysed the current situation, especially the pandemic in relation to the election campaign, and therefore as a party we have an attitude that, in the first place, with additional commitments, we respect the decisions and recommendations of IKPK.”
We've decided to basically focus on digital campaigns, excluding major conventional gatherings, because we're convinced that this is how we protect the lives of the citizens and that we're helping to improve the pandemic situation that has deteriorated to this alarming degree because of government administration. ”
On the other hand, we will try not to damage democracy in any version, respectively, the citizen's interest to get acquainted with candidates and with their programs and your candidates becomes possible to extend their offer in the best possible way. ”, Abdullah said of Periscope.
We remember that there are only two parties ( The LDK, and the PDK, that have been declared to develop digital campaign/ PERISCOP
