Rizvanol's announcement comes two weeks after she said the Government needs additional data on the construction plan.
On September 17th, it had stated that the cost to the state, as well as compliance with the Law for State Assistance, are issues that require clarification before moving forward with the gas pipeline, whose pre-visability has been financed by the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
