“The right to education is everyone's right and public education at all levels should be free, and all citizens of Kosovo should have equal access to quality education, from October 1st this year's higher public education in Kosovo will be free at Bachelor and master, while for doctors it will be a facilitator. There will also be benefits for students coming from countries in the region”.
