Are the October 17th elections being postponed? Tomorrow's meeting called by the president

Regarding this meeting, political parties have confirmed their participation, however, the opposition is at all costs opposing the October 17th election extension option.
Representatives of the PDK, LDK, AAK and NISMA are praising it as a suspension of democracy, the eventual postponement of the elections.
The invitation even addressed political parties for this meeting by many is being praised as favour being granted to the ruling party on the part of the president.
The Speaker of the Parliament himself, Glauk Konjufca, in a television interview, had released the idea of delaying elections because of the pandemic situation.
On the other hand, it was at the time of pandemic that national elections were held on February 14.
Close officials with the president have said Vjosa Osmani will not make arbitrary decisions to postpone local elections.
The meeting tomorrow will be held by 5:00.
