Multifunctional Centre in Mitrovica holds the signature and seal of Bedi Hamza (Document)

The large multifunctional centre that was built in Mitrovica, has its foundation on a pledge in 2011, where its signatories are Bedri Hamza, then Minister of Finance and Kjartan Björnsson, former head of the European Commission's Interconnecting Office.

The implementation of the project has been made possible only after Hamza in the quality of the Ministry of Finance, on behalf of the Government of Kosovo had pledged co-finance of the 8m-euro project.

After the Pristina municipality had failed to bring this investment to the capital, Bedri Hamza had insisted that the Multifunctional Centre be built in Mitrovica. /Periscope. com/
