Moratorium: Ramadani says Kosovo has been 6 months of diplomatic service to be protected by Serbian offensive

The one-year lesson between Kosovo and Serbia, signed at the White House in Washington in the presence of former President Donald Trump, has expired on yesterday (05.09.2021). Serbia pledged to stop the campaign in search of recognition of Kosovo's independence, while the latter would halt membership efforts in organisations [...]
How much Kosovo has benefited or lost after this mortorium expired, it tells of Periscope International expert Shkodran Ramadani.
Ramadani says Kosovo has benefited from this one-year agreement, yet the problem that needs to be raised now is that Kosovo has not had diplomatic service for six months.
“Since Kosovo has benefited from this mortorium and has evidence to prove, for the fact that prior to Washington's agreement, Serbia has been in a very successful offensive to ensuring the recognitions of states that have already recognised Kosovo, while the mortorium also included preventing Kosovo's efforts to membership in international oracles. But even if it were allowed, it would not be possible because even before the mortorium, Kosovo has already suspended its membership efforts in INTERPOL and no longer proved to be a member of the U. NESTO and international organisation”.
Therefore, Kosovo has given up something that it has not been able to achieve and it has seemed to be compromising, while Serbia has given up something that it can accomplish -- recognition. This is because Kosovo has been on an extremely serious trend (in terms of recognitions). Somewhere, 18 years of recognition. So, Kosovo It took advantage of this mortorium. However, the problem that needs to be raised now is that Kosovo has not had diplomatic service for six months. In many countries there are no ambassadors, much less powerful ambassadors. And while the mortorium is now over, Kosovo can no longer interfere with Serbia's offensive. Can't even be the lobby for membership in international organisations without ambassadors. Now, the whole focus is on international allies to protect us from this Serbian offensive. So I have not seen any Kosovo strategy until now or what I will do from now on. Therefore, Kosovo has had to have ambassadors and functional embassy” in the past few days, Mr. Ramadan.
The Kosovo government and Serbia's government, in turn, have not given any comment on the continuation of this mortorium.
But earlier by the Kosovo Foreign Ministry, it was said that Kosovo is making preparations for application for membership in international organisations without details given, while Serbia, in turn, is ready to launch the Kosovo recognition campaign.
Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq during a forum in Slovenia last week said he has information that the official “Pristina will begin with new requests for admission into international organisations, initiated by INTERPOL, UNESCO and the Council of Europe”. This Kosovo initiative, according to Serbian President Vuciq “, breaks the implementation of Washington's agreement and will bring additional instability to the region. Our job is to prepare and respond to this”, Vucic said. /PERISCOP/
