Following the hearing and analysis hearing of the subject's paperwork, the judge of the preliminary procedure has concluded that the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request, the Randa Crime Department, is based, convincing and sufficiently disputed on this phase of the procedure.
Against this act, the parties are entitled to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
