The news was widely publicised after Montenegrin journalist Aleksandar Brezor posted a video on his Twitter account, where they see government cars turning back to the border.
Montenegrin Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapic apparently returned to the Albanian border after not having a valid test PCR or a vaccine passport, which could prevent him from participating in the lunch of the Western Balkans with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Shameful! ”, he wrote on Twitter.
Meanwhile, Fuga writes that: “Cudi that Montenegro's KM has flown to Rinas today...”
