According to the Staff of the Pfalzi Police, 23-year-old Regensburg had left the lane in his car for an inexplicable reason, then moved back into the car and finally crashed.
According to police, he didn't wear a seat belt. He jumped out of the car and died at the scene.
Local media have reported that family members of the 23-year-old in Mitrovica have confirmed the case.
