Ferati, by means of a post at é Facebook, has distributed the photo of a citizen whose local media during the day reported playing cards on the computer where Mitrovica's municipal services are performed. This photo, the former VVC candidate for Mitrovica leader, was associated with Bahtiri's election programme.
