Kosovo police officers at these late hours are obviously doing their job by inspecting in different spaces if someone is breaking the measure of restriction.
But what it looks like in certain cases, inspection is going to another level. Witnesses in Pristina in the neighborhood of Ulypiana have told Periscope that police have asked a neighbor not to make a noise in his apartment.
The officers in question were simply on the balcony, and they were not making any noise, an eyewitness said.
