Minister Svechla reacts to Double Murder in Pec

Internal Affairs Minister Jhelal Svecla has reacted after the tragic murder that took place tonight in Pec, where two people and another wounded remained.

Sevachla has expressed condolences to the victims' families and has announced that the injured person has been arrested.

“I was just informed that a sad event occurred in the town of Pec where we have double homicide and a wounded man who has already been arrested”, he wrote among others.

I was just informed that a sad event occurred in the town of Pec where we have double homicide and a wounded man who has already been arrested. The safety and well-being of our citizens is noble. So we are committed to clarifying the case with all our capacities. Such events of gun violence must end. I am fully committed to ensuring that Kosovo police have all resources needed to whiteen the case and provide security for citizens. The families of the slain were relieved of their sincere condolences.
