The Air Bridge, created by Western citizens' evacuation sites, ended with the full withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan on August 30th.
Taliban spokesman Zubhilah Mujaheded said earlier that the Taliban movement “wants solid and official diplomatic relations with Germany”.
He said a national unity government would be formed as soon as possible.
